1-2 Step right forward, touch left toe behind right (bending knees)
3-4 Step left back, kick right forward
5-6 Rock right back, recover to left
7&8 Shuffle forward stepping right-left-right
SIDE, TOGETHER, SHUFFLE FORWARD, HEEL GRIND 1⁄4 TURN, BACK ROCK/ RECOVER
1-2 Step left side, step right together
3&4 Shuffle forward stepping left right left
5-6 Touch right heel forward, with weight to right heel grind turn 1⁄4 right and step left side
