1-2     step back on right foot (diagonal), touch left toe next to the right clap

3-4    step forward on left foot (diagonal), touch right toe next to the left clap

5-6    step back on right foot (diagonal), touch left toe next to the right clap

7-8    step forward on left foot (diagonal), touch right toe next to the left clap


BIG STEP RIGHT, HOLD, ROCK; BIG STEP LEFT 1/4 TURN RIGHT. ROCK
1-2     take a big step to the right side, hold

3-4    rock left back. recover onto the right foot

5-6    take a big step over onto the left foot making 1/4 turn to the right, hold

7-8    rock your weight back onto the right foot, recover weight onto the left


RIGHT HEEL, HOOK. STEP, TOGETHER, STEP, TOGETHER, STEP, TOUCH.
1-2     touch right heel forward, bring your right heel up in front of left shin

3-4    step forward on the right foot (diagonal), step left foot next to right

5-6    step forward on the right foot (diagonal), step left foot next to right

7-8    step forward on the right foot (diagonal, touch left toe next to right


LEFT HEEL, HOOK. STEP, TOGETHER, STEP, TOGETHER, STEP, TOUCH.
1-2     touch your left heel forward, bring your left heel up in front of right shin

3-4    step forward on the left foot (diagonal), step right foot next to left

5-6    step forward on the left foot (diagonal), step right foot next to left

7-8    step forward on the left foot (diagonal), touch right toe next to left
