1-4     Bounce right heel four times

5-8    Bounce left heel four times


HIP BUMPS
1-2     Bump hips left twice

3-4    Bump hips right twice
5-8    Bumps hips left, right, left, right


ROCK STEPS
1-2     Take weight on left rocking forward right, recover weight onto left
3-4    Rock back on right, recover weight onto left
5-6    Take weight on left rocking forward right, recover weight onto left

7-8    Rock back on right, recover weight onto left

GRAPEVINE RIGHT, LEFT STEP, SLIDE WITH CLAP
1-2     Step right to right side, cross left behind right
3-4    Step right to right side, touch left beside right
5        Step left big step to left
6-7    Slide right beside left over two beats
